WHAT I OFFER
Change is one of the constants of life: from choosing careers, life partners, raising families, managing finances and establishing relationships, nothing stays the same. Being able to adapt to new circumstances, overcome disappointments and seize opportunities requires additional skills. We need resilience and vulnerability to make good choices and to live a life of integrity and meaning. I help individuals let go of the past and regrets, celebrate the present and look forward to the future by identifying dreams and setting goals.
Sometimes not knowing what one wants is the biggest reason one gets stuck or feel trapped. I help remove the obstacles and limiting assumptions to find a way to move forward.
Facing the reality of current circumstances, raising self-awareness, discovering natural strengths and talents all help in identifying a set of values which are a foundation for life.
In this way, I help courageous individuals to reach their goals and create the lifestyle they are dreaming of.
THE ENNEAGRAM IS AN EMPOWERING & LIFE ENHANCING TOOL
We are complex and transformable beings and the Enneagram is a fascinating dynamic model providing deeper insight into core unconscious motivations, fears, behaviour, needs and interaction.
The symbol is a circle inscribed with nine points, each one indicating a different personality type which is the result of preferences developed to deal with life and relationships.
I find this new knowledge can fast track the coaching process, creating an individual path of development and growth, and allowing support and compassion for oneself and for those with whom we live, work and interact.

I offer the iEQ9 online test, generating a report which provides a complex and multi-layered insight. When combined with coaching feedback sessions, this brings even fuller understanding of self and enables one to develop creative and satisfying options in building, sustaining and reframing relationships.
